Pax2Pay\’s sister company Paxport UK is recruiting for a Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) on a Fixed Term 12 Month Contract.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Commercial and work part-time, 2-3 days a week, in a hybrid role based in the Bristol office and home working.

Paxport is a growing travel tech company that provides innovative, API-first solutions for airlines and travel resellers. We are committed to delivering technology that makes a real difference to our customers and currently serve over 100 airlines and 250 travel businesses across Europe.
As a digital marketing executive at Paxport, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing communications and campaigns to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website. This role involves a broad range of marketing activities and requires close collaboration with the sales and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inclusive digital marketing campaigns across different digital mediums, establishing measurable KPIs.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer service teams to develop a unified and impactful marketing communications strategy.
- Strategically manage digital campaigns, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and providing informed, data-driven recommendations.
- Manage websites and social media channels, optimizing website performance and focusing on organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to enhance user experience and generate leads.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- A passion for technology and a strong attention to detail.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as SugarCRM, HubSpot, Act-On, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
