Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of overall HR affairs of the UK branch, oversee implementation of core HR modules including recruitment, on-boarding & resignation, employee relations, compensation, performance management and staff administration.
- Establish and optimize HR management systems and procedures for the UK branch to ensure full compliance with local UK employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the entire employee life-cycle including recruitment, termination and employment contracts, and standardize personnel file management.
- Conduct full-cycle local recruitment in the UK, ensure timely staffing and build up local talent pool.
- Maintain good employee relations, resolve labor disputes and control HR compliance risks; cooperate with headquarters to complete cross-regional HR coordination work.
- Complete other assigned HR-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Human Resource Management or related disciplines; CIPD qualification is preferred.
- Over 8 years of comprehensive HR management experience, with at least 5 years working as HR Manager in local British companies, well-versed in UK employment legislations.
- Solid experience in full-spectrum HR operations, proficient in recruitment, compliance management and employee relations handling.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-cultural communication.
- Upright, honest, responsible and well-organized; eligible to work legally in the UK.
