The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

Take charge of overall HR affairs of the UK branch, oversee implementation of core HR modules including recruitment, on-boarding & resignation, employee relations, compensation, performance management and staff administration.

Establish and optimize HR management systems and procedures for the UK branch to ensure full compliance with local UK employment laws and regulations.

Manage the entire employee life-cycle including recruitment, termination and employment contracts, and standardize personnel file management.

Conduct full-cycle local recruitment in the UK, ensure timely staffing and build up local talent pool.

Maintain good employee relations, resolve labor disputes and control HR compliance risks; cooperate with headquarters to complete cross-regional HR coordination work.

Complete other assigned HR-related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Human Resource Management or related disciplines; CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Over 8 years of comprehensive HR management experience, with at least 5 years working as HR Manager in local British companies, well-versed in UK employment legislations.
  • Solid experience in full-spectrum HR operations, proficient in recruitment, compliance management and employee relations handling.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-cultural communication.
  • Upright, honest, responsible and well-organized; eligible to work legally in the UK.
