Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise, negotiate pricing, and execute procurement for offline media resources, including but not limited to billboards, bus and taxi advertisements.
  • Lead marketing resource acquisition, progress tracking, and end-to-end delivery management for large-scale projects such as sports sponsorships, music festivals, and commercial events.
  • Source, engage, and maintain the influencer resource database, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalise contracts.
  • Source and manage suppliers covering advertising, event organisation and influencer agencies, and continuously optimise channels and resource quality.
  • Control budgets, review project performance, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Monitor project implementation, resolve operational issues promptly, and ensure smooth delivery of all projects.
  • Conduct market research on the UK marketing industry, build up a pool of high-quality resources, and support ongoing brand promotion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Built career in the UK market with in-depth knowledge of local culture and marketing operations, established valuable local networks, and holds full eligibility to work full-time in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with proven experience in media buying and commercial cooperation overseas, and solid familiarity with the UK marketing landscape.
  • Sound understanding of the workflows and business models for offline marketing, outdoor advertising, transit media, sports sponsorships, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong capabilities in commercial negotiation, cost control, and multi-project management. Resilient under pressure and results-driven.
  • Established networks with local media, event operators, and influencers are highly preferred. Experience working with international brands will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous working attitude, strong risk awareness, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
