As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for overseeing omnichannel digital marketing activities for the UK market.

You will manage online promotion, traffic growth and paid advertising, conduct data analysis, and develop and execute digital marketing strategies to elevate brand online visibility, conversion rates, and overall market presence.

Responsibilities Manage daily operations across diverse digital channels, including search marketing, In-Feed advertising, online campaigns, etc., to deliver routine promotion plans.

Plan, launch, and optimise online marketing initiatives.

Develop tailored digital strategies based on local audience insights to achieve traffic and conversion targets.

Manage the full lifecycle of ad campaigns, monitor performance metrics, costs and results, and refine tactics continuously to maximise return on investment.

Compile and analyse marketing data regularly, produce performance reports and post-campaign reviews to support data-driven business decisions.

Partner with branding, social media, and field marketing teams to connect online and offline marketing funnels and drive integrated campaigns.

Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform policy updates, and competitor activities in the UK, and iterate marketing approaches and solutions promptly.

Qualifications Built career in the UK, with a thorough understanding of the local online landscape, digital marketing ecosystem, and user behaviours, together with established professional networks.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Majors in Marketing, E-commerce, Media, or Digital Media are preferred. 2–3 years of practical digital marketing experience within the UK market is required.

Familiar with mainstream online advertising platforms and marketing tools, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing projects.

Strong data awareness and analytical skills, capable of adjusting marketing strategies based on data findings.

Agile thinking, solid execution, and good interpersonal skills.

Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Previous digital marketing experience in consumer electronics or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
