Key Responsibilities

  • Align with the Group’s global strategy, local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks to formulate medium and long-term regional development strategies and annual business plans. Own full P&L accountability for overseas business operations, consolidate the Group’s leading market position, and drive sustainable growth across the multi-brand portfolio.
  • Establish, restructure and scale the full-function local management team, covering HR, legal, procurement, branding, public relations and field marketing. Build standardised corporate governance systems, performance appraisal mechanisms and incentive frameworks to develop a high-performance, fully localised organisational team.
  • Oversee end-to-end business compliance and risk management. Liaise with UK and international regulatory authorities to effectively mitigate legal, tax and industry policy risks, ensuring all business operations remain fully compliant with local regulatory requirements.
  • Take overall ownership of brand development, public relations and integrated marketing communications. Lead compliant brand marketing and commercial activities, maintain premium brand reputation, and manage public opinion monitoring and crisis PR resolution.
  • Drive cross-border collaboration with the Group’s supply chain centre and global branches. Optimise local procurement, warehousing, logistics and daily operational workflows, implement refined cost control measures, and ensure stable and efficient global supply chain delivery.
  • Serve as the Group’s senior executive representative. Maintain high-level strategic relationships with government institutions, industry associations, channel partners and key stakeholders, and lead major commercial negotiations and cross-regional business synergy.
  • Lead pre-IPO standardisation and listing preparation work. Oversee corporate governance optimisation, financial standardisation and operational compliance upgrading to support the Group’s IPO sprint and capital market milestones.
  • Drive corporate M&A and post-integration management. Oversee target screening, due diligence, transaction negotiation, post-acquisition resource consolidation, business synergy and organisational integration to deliver scalable business growth and capital value appreciation.

Requirements & Core Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of UK and international business ecosystems, workplace conventions and employment regulations. Native English speaker; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of C-level or senior VP leadership experience within FMCG or consumer electronics industries, with proven expertise in full subsidiary operation, corporate governance and end-to-end channel ecosystem management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK and international commercial laws, industry policies and channel operations; experienced in managing large-scale local operations for leading consumer brands.
  • Possess outstanding strategic vision and holistic business thinking, with strong capabilities in corporate operation iteration, systematic management and high-level stakeholder relationship governance.
  • Exceptional at team building, organisational process optimisation and business innovation, with sharp commercial acumen and market-centric product awareness.
  • Extensive experience in senior team structuring, talent development and performance incentive design, with mature high-level networks across government bodies, industry associations, commercial channels and media sectors.
  • Excellent capabilities in strategic planning, business decision-making, risk control and high-level commercial negotiation. Result-driven, highly resilient and capable of leading high-growth, fast-evolving international businesses.
  • Proven IPO Sprint & Listing Preparation Experience: Solid track record of leading or participating in full-cycle pre-IPO preparation, including corporate standardisation, financial rectification, compliance system building and milestone delivery for capital market listing.
  • Professional M&A & Post-merger Integration Capability: Rich experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with mature ability to complete post-transaction organisational integration, business synergy and resource optimisation to achieve corporate scale expansion and value growth.
  • Align with the Group’s core values, demonstrate long-term strategic thinking and strong entrepreneurial ambition to grow alongside the Group’s global business layout.
