We are looking for a UK local qualified Solicitor to take full charge of legal compliance, IP protection and anti-counterfeiting enforcement across the UK with a formal IP law academic background preferred.
Solid experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation background in brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, 3C / consumer electronics / cross-border e-commerce is a strong plus.
Assertive mindset for brand enforcement, able to handle multi-layer infringement chains and push enforcement forward legally.
English, skilled in legal document drafting, independent in liaising with UK regulators and legal parties.
