As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for visiting independent retail (IR) stores to strengthen retailer relationships, improve brand visibility, secure premium in-store display opportunities, and execute trade marketing activities.
You will play an important role in growing our brand presence at the point of sale while providing valuable market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute regional field marketing activities across retail stores, manage POSM deployment, develop local retail partnerships, build and continuously update a regional retail outlet database, and expand brand visibility and retail coverage.
- Plan and deliver offline marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and other regional events, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, providing market analysis to support localized marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with local partners and suppliers, and support the Field Marketing Team in marketing materials, logistics, and operational coordination.
- Work closely with Brand, GTM, and Social Media teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and maximize regional brand impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years' experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or offline marketing.
Experience in the consumer electronics or vaping industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. Strong understanding of the UK market and local retail landscape.
- Proven ability to independently execute regional marketing campaigns and offline events.
- Strong execution, channel development, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven, data-oriented, and comfortable with frequent field travel.
- Valid UK driving licence and own a work vehicle.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorships.
