Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of channel policies and strategies, supervise and manage sales activities in the region, and ensure the corresponding channel strategies and policies are effectively implemented within the region.
- Responsible for the recruitment, management, empowerment and exit of UK agents and distributors, formulate activities such as listing, display and promotion in major supermarkets.
- Based on the current business situation, conduct an in-depth analysis of the UK channel market, industry and customers. Identify growth opportunities or potential risks, output channel strategy suggestions, develop regional market and channel management plans.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in distributor operation or regional management, familiar with FMCG products and policies, and well-versed in the basic logic of the entire channel operation process.
- Establish agent management systems, provide product training and ongoing support to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both the brand and the channel.
- Formulate a channel management model that conforms to the brand's development.
- Strong channel analysis ability, able to accurately identify channel issues and recommend effectively strategic actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, having the ability to withstand pressure and a sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to the demands of channel management-related work.
