Job Responsibilities
1、Manage pre-market registration and certification for electronic vaping products, develop and streamline registration processes, including EU TPD & UFI, UK MHRA notification, UAE ECAS registration.
2、Coordinate overall compliance work: review product packaging and SDS, create compliance guidance documents and packaging checklists, conduct internal compliance training.
3、Monitor and interpret global vaping regulations, maintain regulatory database, issue regulatory analysis reports and deliver training; provide compliance advice for R&D and new project evaluation.
4、Organize compliance documentation and maintain communication with third-party testing labs.
Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, English or related fields.
2、5+ years relevant experience in regulatory registration and certification. Candidates with vaping industry or third-party laboratory background are preferred.
3、Proficient in MHRA, TPD, UFI, ECAS and FDA regulations and related certification processes.
4、Fluent spoken English; honest, self-motivated and responsible.
