As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Ecommerce Coordinator to support our logistics, operations and ecommerce activities across both businesses.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with the Founder across operations, logistics and ecommerce. You’ll help coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and retail partners while also supporting the day-to-day management of our e-commerce stores. One day you might be tracking inbound shipments and managing stock updates; the next, you’ll be launching new products online or helping improve operational processes. If you enjoy staying organised, solving problems and making things happen, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operations & Logistics
    • Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers and logistics partners
    • Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers and warehouse teams
    • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
    • Assist with purchase order administration and supplier communications
    • Support inventory tracking and operational reporting
    • Help onboard new retail partners and support product launches
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Ecommerce Operations
    • Create and maintain product listings across our e-commerce platforms
    • Ensure product information, imagery and website content are accurate and up to date
    • Coordinate the launch of new products online
    • Upload and maintain product descriptions, metadata and category content
    • Implement SEO recommendations provided by our SEO manager
    • Monitor website content and identify any errors or inconsistencies
  • Administration & Projects
    • Coordinate courier collections and ad hoc shipments
    • Support trade shows, events and operational projects
    • Liaise with external service providers where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
  • Confident using spreadsheets and online systems
  • Curious, adaptable and eager to learn

Bonus Points

  • Experience in an operations, administration, customer service or coordination role
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and data
  • Familiarity with Shopify, inventory systems or accounting software
  • Interest in ecommerce, retail, logistics or supply chain

Why Join Us?

You’ll work directly with the Founder, gain exposure to multiple areas of a growing business and play an important role in helping us scale across the UK and Europe.
