Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Full Time | South Norfolk | No OOH

Are you an experienced, confident veterinary surgeon looking for a role that allows you to practise high-quality medicine with time, autonomy and genuine client connection? We are a growing, independent mobile small animal practice based just south of Norwich, with a strong local reputation for clinical excellence, compassion and outstanding customer service. We are now looking for a like-minded vet to join our friendly, supportive team.

About the Role

  • Full-time position, Four-day working week
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, No out-of-hours
  • Predominantly dogs and cats, with some chickens and rabbits
  • No large animals or equine work
  • Typical first-opinion caseload
  • Regular involvement in in-home euthanasia, an area in which our team takes great pride in delivering exceptional care
  • Although we consult in clients’ homes, we are fully supported by our static clinical base for Surgery, Dentistry, X-ray etc. This allows you to offer the full range of GP services while benefitting from the unique rewards of mobile practice.

You will be:

  • An experienced, confident all-rounder with at least 4 years’ UK small animal experience
  • Passionate about excellent, empathetic client communication
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaboration and shared learning
  • Interested in contributing to business development and practice growth
