Key Responsibilities

As a Wellness Adviser you will:
- Oversee a unique and engaging pet wellness journey.
- Deliver nose-to-tail health checks.
- Identify a pet’s behaviour and emotional health needs.
- Develop and implement programs to maintain pet agility and activity levels.
- Provide owners clear education and management guidance.
- Prepare, organise, and deliver pet-related documentation with precision and care.
- Deliver follow-up appointments and reassessments.
- Manage pet supervision and provide guidance through the complete wellness process.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming, home-like environment.
- Participate in delivering veterinary nurse related learning for in-house colleagues and contribute to internal and external CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events.
- Fulfil CPD requirements in line with the recommendations of your governing body, tailored to both personal and business development needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes veterinary physiotherapists specialising in small animals (ACPAT Cat A and/or RAMP), hydrotherapists, groomers, veterinary behaviourists, and pain management clinicians.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Nurse with active RCVS Registration.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years as a veterinary nurse.
