Innovative Global Investment Management firm are seeking an additional Senior Analyst Developer to work on Development and Integration projects within the Equity & Multi Asset team. You will be part of a team and will undertake several high priority integration projects. You will work directly on a variety of business systems relating to activities within the Equity & Multi Asset Investment Management business. This is a Customer facing team, Development - Operations (Dev-Ops) focus.

You will Develop and maintain in-house systems. Integrate externally supplied systems and feeds. Use analysis, development, test and project management skills to deliver quality integrated solutions. Provide support for the application suite that the global team are responsible for. This is a great team with a supportive and inclusive culture and a team that values contribution and excellent communications skills.

  • Skills/Experience required - Essential:
  • Degree level 2.1 or higher in Computing, Maths, Engineering or other technical subject.
  • At least 5 years solid technical experience using in C# (WPF and ASP.Net) this will have ideally been gained in the investment sector.
  • Solid knowledge of T‑SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, particularly in MS‑SQL server environment.
  • Experience building/using relational databases and writing advanced queries.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Report writing/design experience (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, PowerBI etc.).
  • Experience with MS Office automation.
  • Understand job scheduling and batching (eg TWS).
  • Experience with implementing Continuous Integration.
  • Familiar with company fundamental/financial and market data.
  • Skills/Experience required - Preferred:
  • Familiarity with financial instruments and markets, particularly in an asset management context.
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks (eg MS SSIS, SAG webMethods).
  • Knowledge of Infragistics controls and NHibernate/Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages.
  • Experience with MS Office automation.
  • Ability to write Shell Scripts, familiarity with Windows and Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with implementing continuous integration for automatic testing and deployment.
