The Finance Analyst supports the financial management of international projects through accurate reporting, cost analysis and financial administration. Based in the UK and reporting to the International Finance Ops Controller, the role is hands‑on and analytical, supporting reporting, billing, labour reporting, Work in Progress (WIP) reconciliation and month‑end activities. The successful candidate will gain a strong understanding of project finance while contributing to process improvements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple reporting tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the International Finance Operations Controller with day-to-day finance activities and reporting
- Review and update estimated project costs on a monthly basis using information provided by regional managers
- Prepare detailed project cost and billing reports, providing visibility into project financial performance
- Update and distribute the weekly Install Revenue Tracker, ensuring reporting is accurate and delivered on time
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in a finance, accounting or analytical support role
- Experience working with project costing, financial reporting or billing would be advantageous
- Experience supporting international or multi‑site operations is desirable.
- Experience in security systems, construction, engineering services, or similar project led industries is an advantage.
This is a hybrid role operating within a multi country remit. A degree of flexibility may be required to support colleagues across different time zones. The role involves regular collaboration within a fast-paced, collaborative setting, working in office 2-3 days a week, supporting leadership (UK based).
