Role Description
The Night Construction Worker role is a full-time, on‑site position based in Bristol, working primarily during night shifts.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting with road and highway maintenance, preparing and leveling ground surfaces, laying paving materials, and operating basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
The role involves setting up and dismantling work areas, loading and unloading materials, and following site plans and instructions from supervisors and site managers.
Night Construction Workers are expected to adhere to all health and safety procedures, use personal protective equipment correctly, and help maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite.
Team members collaborate closely with colleagues, communicate clearly about site conditions, and may support traffic management and signage setup as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
