We are looking for two passionate and experienced Early Years Educators to join our nursery team based in Finchley, North London. These are full-time, all-year-round positions working with our youngest children in a nurturing, professional setting. We welcome applications from candidates based anywhere in London.
Role 1 – Baby Room Practitioner (Ages 3–18 Months)
You will provide exceptional care and early learning experiences for our babies aged 3–18 months, fostering secure attachments and supporting key developmental milestones in a warm and stimulating environment.
Role 2 – Toddler Room Practitioner (Ages 2–3 Years)
You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning for toddlers aged 2–3 years, supporting language development, independence and social skills in line with the EYFS framework.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in a day nursery setting
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Genuine passion for child development and early years education
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Reliable, professional and a natural team player
- Must be based in or around London
The Details
- Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotating shifts
- Working Pattern: All year round – closed Bank Holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas only
- Salary: £30,000+ depending on qualifications and experience
