An opportunity has become available for a qualified Health Care Assistant to join our friendly, busy Practice. We are recruiting for a part‐time position of 22.5 hours per week with working days Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We are a very welcoming, supportive and hard working team. You will work alongside the Practice Nurses, Phlebotomist and clinical team in the provision and delivery of patient care and in accordance with Practice protocols and guidelines.

To support the Practice nursing team in the delivery of clinical and administrative services, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled population. The HCA will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.

The candidate will be organised, dedicated, efficient, highly motivated with good IT skills. You should have excellent communication skills, with strong administrative and organisational skills to deliver high quality healthcare to our patients.

The post holder will be a compassionate and committed professional who will work collaboratively with our Practice team to meet the needs of our patients. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in General Practice or an NHS setting and be qualified to a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Healthcare and/or completed the Care Certificate.

Serving 10,200 patients, we aim to deliver personalised, high-quality, GP-led care for all our patients, fostering a supportive, sustainable and fun environment for our team.
