Responsibilities
- Financial reporting including month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, statutory accounts, tax filings and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls and accounting policies
- Oversee all taxation matters, including direct and indirect taxes and management reporting
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new finance and underwriting systems
- Develop and mentor the finance team
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS
- Proven experience within London Market MGA sector
- Strong financial reporting skills with experience of finance systems implementations and driving process improvements
