We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistants to join our team for our exciting outdoor summer events programme at Exmouth Pavilion. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of live weekend events, helping create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and creating a relaxed, friendly event atmosphere.
- Serving drinks and supporting bar operations (where required).
- Assisting with event set up and pack down, including equipment and service areas.
- Supporting the smooth running of events throughout the day.
- Keeping areas clean, safe and well presented at all times.
- Helping manage customer queries and ensuring a great overall experience.
Shift details:
- Weekend work.
- Between 9:00am and 8:00pm (depending on event schedule).
- Casual hours to support the Summer Live events programme.
Qualifications:
- A positive, friendly and proactive attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
