We are working with a leading Lloyd's Broker to hire an experienced Construction Broker to support and grow their North American Construction portfolio. This is a market and client facing role, suited to someone who enjoys project-driven business and working closely with underwriters and insureds on complex construction risks.
The Role
- Placing North American construction risks into Lloyds
- Handling project-driven business from placement through to delivery
- Placing and managing Builders' Risk and DSU programmes
- Working directly with Lloyd's and company markets
- Building strong relationships with clients, markets, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting growth across new and existing project opportunities
Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience in construction insurance
- Background as a Broker within the Lloyd's market
- Experience with Builders' Risk and DSU is strongly preferred
- Comfortable in a client and market facing role
- Experience in US, International, or UK construction will be considered
- Exposure to complex North American construction risks
