Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting including month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, statutory accounts, tax filings and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls and accounting policies.
- Oversee all taxation matters, including direct and indirect taxes and management reporting.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new finance and underwriting systems.
- Develop and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS.
