We are partnering with a highly regarded Wealth Management firm to recruit a Senior Financial Planner. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the business, managing an existing client base while also driving new business growth. With several acquisitions underway, the firm is introducing a new initiative for advisers to take the lead on following up new leads, generating new business, and shaping the growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the business and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio, providing holistic financial advice
- Take ownership of new business development opportunities, following up leads and converting prospects
- Work collaboratively with a team of advisers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the business and support new initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Financial Planner with a strong track record of managing and growing client portfolios
- Motivated to drive new business and take ownership of growth initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain client relationships
