Are you an experienced Lloyd’s Syndicate Accountant looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a highly respected business to recruit a Senior Syndicate Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a broad and varied role where you’ll play a key part in the financial operations of the Syndicate. You will take ownership of the Syndicate Ledger, drive the month-end and quarter-end close processes, and be responsible for Lloyd’s Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership of the Syndicate ledger and associated controls
  • Managing the month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Preparation and submission of Lloyd’s reporting (including QMA/QMB, GQD, US/CA Reporting)
  • Working closely with actuarial, underwriting, and other finance teams
  • Supporting the annual audit process and regulatory filings
  • Continuous improvement of processes and controls
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Lloyd’s Syndicate accounting
  • Proven ability to understand, manage, and interpret Syndicate-level financial data
  • Good knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred
