This role will support brokers across a global portfolio, providing oversight of processing activities, technical servicing support, premium administration, and operational governance. The position offers exposure to international business and the opportunity to become a key technical specialist within a highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Facultative Brokers across a global portfolio
- Oversee processing activities completed by offshore support teams
- Review submissions, monitor workflows, and ensure data accuracy
- Support premium processing, reconciliations, and settlement queries
- Assist with sanctions, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a technical referral point for operational and processing queries
- Support bordereaux, binder, and facility management activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
About You
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience within insurance or reinsurance operations (flexibility on years of experience)
