We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global client within our clients Finance Managed practice. This role is accountable for managing a multi-location delivery team, on/off shore ensuring high-quality, timely finance outputs across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines operational leadership, global stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on driving standardisation, quality, and service excellence across global processes. A critical aspect of the role will be liaising closely with the team and client stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.
What a day looks like:
- Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of finance managed contract for a global client, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Drive standardisation of processes across jurisdictions, implementing best practice controls and governance.
- Act as primary contact for global stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships and provide clear reporting on performance, risks and issue resolution.
- Lead and develop the onshore/offshore team, driving accountability and effective resource management.
- Drive process standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement through optimisation and automation initiatives.
Criteria:
- Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent).
- IFRS and GAAP experience.
- Proven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with international stakeholders and delivery centres.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts.
