A leading insurance broker is seeking an experienced Private Clients Account Handler to join their established team in Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment that retains a strong independent culture while offering the resources of a larger group.

The Opportunity

• Be part of a dedicated Private Clients team of 12, handling a portfolio of high-value clients
• Manage a well-established book of business
• Focus on renewals (c. 25–30 per month, average premiums £4–8k)
• Products include Household, Motor, Jewellery, Fine Art and more
• No new business targets
• Benefit from in-house delegated authority and underwriting support
• Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home

About You

• 2-3+ years’ experience in Private Clients broking
