We are working with a leading consultancy to support the growth of their Southern region Healthcare & Risk Consulting team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from offices in the South East / London region.

The Role

This position is focused on the retention and development of a portfolio of large, complex clients, providing expert consulting advice to ensure a high-quality, tailored service. You will also play a key role in driving growth, working closely with colleagues across the business to achieve commercial targets. In addition, you will contribute to client leadership, regional strategy, and broader business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and client lead for a portfolio of complex clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and service excellence
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and wider networks
  • Collaborate across different solution areas to deliver a holistic client offering
  • Lead and contribute to market-facing initiatives (e.g. events, seminars, thought leadership)
  • Conduct employee benefits reviews, providing analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Support clients in shaping and defining their benefits strategy
  • Ensure all activities align with internal risk, compliance, and governance frameworks

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong experience within the Health & Benefits / Employee Benefits sector
  • Solid understanding across both Healthcare and Risk, with deeper expertise in at least one area
  • Proven track record in client leadership and relationship management
  • Commercially driven, with experience in delivering growth and developing pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the Employee Benefits market and current trends
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
