We’re looking for a skilled and driven Platform Engineer to join a forward-thinking technology team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud platforms, automation, and modern engineering practices. You’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving a fully cloud-native environment, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, and enabling high-performing development teams through scalable infrastructure and DevOps tooling. If you enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively, and building tools that make a real impact, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Build secure, scalable cloud environments and services
- Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud solutions
- Collaborate across teams to deliver robust platform capabilities
- Resolve infrastructure issues with repeatable, efficient solutions
- Drive platform performance and monitor cost efficiency
- Implement and support monitoring, failover, and security practices
Skills & Experience:
- Strong troubleshooting skills within Azure environments
- Experience with Windows Server (Linux experience a plus)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, YAML, and Ansible
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with pipeline builds, release packaging, and artefact management
- Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps culture
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and security best practices
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
