Pensions – Client Relationship Manager (DC)

Salary up to £80,000

London/ flexible location

Our client who are a well-recognised, leading organisation within the pensions space, are looking to grow there master trust team. If you have a strong background in DC pensions and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you will:

• Manage relationships with key employers, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing service
• Oversee transitions and support clients through stabilisation and long-term engagement
• Provide insights on regulatory changes and industry developments
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
• Lead client presentations, events, and support business development

Skills & Experience?

• Knowledge of Occupational DC Pensions & the DC Marketplace
• Strong exposure in Managing Clients and Internal Relationships
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Have the ability to negotiate contracts and communicate at a high level
