Job Description
I’m recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing FTSE 250 company helping people enjoy the retirement they deserve. They’re expanding their Data & Implementation team and are looking for a Data & Implementation Analyst to join their collaborative, high-performing team.
Role Overview
As a Data & Implementation Analyst, you’ll provide proactive support for scheme implementations, data cleanse activities, buy-ins, buy-outs, and operational reporting. You’ll act as the first point of contact for implementation queries, ensure projects run smoothly, and support process improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support new scheme implementations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Conduct data cleanses and operational analysis for buy-ins, buy-outs, and ongoing scheme activity
- Support monthly reinsurance reporting and DB valuation data tasks
- Act as first point of contact for TPAs and operational teams, resolving queries efficiently
- Assist with training and development of new implementation support team members
- Identify and escalate data or process issues, contributing to continuous improvement
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience working in pensions, ideally within DB administration or de-risking
- Experience of projects, implementations, or working with TPAs
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
