A specialist Transportation Lloyds Broker/MGA with a small, close-knit team is looking for a Part-Time Technician to join their London office Tuesday to Thursday 9:15am to 5:15am (1-hour lunch) approximately 21 hours per week. (Hours will not increase, though occasional cover may be required for holidays or sickness).
This role would suit a part-time parent or someone looking to reduce in hours working for a stable well-run business.
The Role:- Processing-focused, non client-facing
- Bordereaux processing and general system uploads
- Claims processing (ECF exposure helpful)
- Processing American Transportation business
- Working on Binder and Bordereaux business
- Small-team environment – you’ll get involved in a variety of tasks
- Experience in London Market insurance operations essential (broker or MGA experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and data entry
- Comfortable working independently within a small team
- Familiarity with ECF/ claims processing advantageous but not essential
- Experience with bordereaux and binder processing essential
- Transport or specialty lines experience is a plus, but not essential
- Positive, collaborative attitude
