We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury retail business to recruit an experienced Head of Group Reporting on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, premium brand environment with a strong international presence.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of all group reporting activities, ensuring high-quality, timely financial information across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the group consolidation and monthly reporting process
- Delivering accurate and insightful board and investor reporting packs
- Managing statutory reporting and supporting the audit process
- Overseeing technical accounting matters and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Driving improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
About You
We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will ideally have:
- ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in group reporting within a multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Experience within retail, consumer, or a fast-paced multi-site business (highly desirable)
- The ability to operate at pace and manage competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
