A leading consultancy is looking to appoint a senior leader to oversee its London Healthcare and Risk Benefits Consulting division. This position carries full regional P&L responsibility and offers the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a major UK employee benefits operation.
This is a highly visible leadership role suited to someone with experience managing senior leaders, driving commercial performance and developing successful consulting teams in a client-led environment. The role is viewed internally as a strong stepping stone towards future executive leadership opportunities.
Hybrid working is available, with regular presence expected across both office and client locations.
The Opportunity
- You’ll take ownership of the London business area, leading commercial performance, operational delivery and team leadership across Healthcare and Group Risk consulting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering the regional commercial strategy, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance.
- Managing and developing Team Leaders, while supporting wider consulting teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Coaching senior managers to strengthen leadership capability, commercial awareness and people management skills.
- Helping shape a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across the London office.
- Acting as a senior relationship lead for key clients and prospects, while supporting broader cross-functional growth opportunities.
- Maintaining strong governance standards, ensuring advice, compliance and client service remain consistently high quality.

Experience Required
