This role is responsible for leading all technical and compliance matters on behalf of the Employee Benefits team, while providing support and guidance to the wider business as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal audit activity, including regional and divisional audits
  • Act as NDA Champion, ensuring best practice and compliance standards are maintained
  • Oversee and implement regulatory and internal updates to templates and documentation
  • Serve as the key contact for Fee Agreement, TOBA, and contract-related queries within the team
  • Lead the development and implementation of SPOE procedures
  • Conduct file reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Produce technical documentation and white papers for both internal and external use
  • Deliver compliance training, including induction for new joiners and ongoing team development
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams

Skills & Experience

  • CII qualification (or working towards)
  • Proven insurance experience, ideally within Employee Benefits
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
