Employee Benefits Administrator

Salary – £32,000 – £38,000 plus benefits package

London/ hybrid

Pavilion is partnering with a boutique Employee Benefits organisation that operates alongside its own in-house wealth division. Following a recent cashflow injection, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with plans to expand through strategic mergers and acquisitions while maintaining its own strong identity.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious organisation where you’ll have full autonomy, broad exposure, and clear long-term progression, including the opportunity to develop into a Consultant role in the future.

About the role:

  • Over 5 years’ experience as an Employee Benefits Administrator, with strong technical knowledge across Group Risk, Healthcare, and Pensions
  • Managing and providing support for a diverse portfolio of SME clients, building strong client relationships and trust
  • Handling and processing scheme renewals efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Supporting Employee Benefits Consultants in day-to-day activities, including client meetings, reporting, and policy administration
  • Delivering excellent service to existing clients, proactively addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Experienced in managing full rebrokes from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance
  • Maintaining accurate and fully compliant client records at all times, adhering to regulatory standards
  • Liaising with insurers and product providers to negotiate competitive terms and resolve queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Employee Benefits Administrator, ideally with Group Risk exposure
  • Proven experience managing and supporting a portfolio of SME clients
  • Strong knowledge of scheme renewals, rebrokes, and employee benefits processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently with full autonomy
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Desirable:

  • Dual or Tri-Skilled product knowledge is a bonus
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as GR1, IF7, OR IF1 etc

Please note this opportunity requires office based presence once per week. For the onboarding period it will be 2-3 times per week.
