- Support a team of Account Executives (approx. 14 currently)
- Manage an inherited portfolio of around 30 clients (1–8 policies each)
- Handle premiums ranging from £20,000 to £400,000 GWP (avg. £50,000–£150,000)
- Broking via manual presentations
- Opportunity to attend or shadow client meetings
- Work closely with junior handlers for administrative support
