Our client is looking for an experienced Healthcare Insurance Adviser with a background in consumer/individual policies to join their team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage their workload effectively, while demonstrating strong attention to detail within an FCA-regulated environment. The role will involve working with an existing database of individual clients, so experience and knowledge across a broad range of consumer PMI products is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:- Managing client retention and growing an existing book of business
- Providing expert advice across a range of healthcare insurance products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Converting quotations into sales and confidently overcoming objections
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
- Completing initial and ongoing product training
- Previous experience advising on consumer PMI products for individual clients
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
