Role Overview
We have been engaged by a well-established SME based in Horsham who are going through an exciting phase of growth and looking for a Financial Controller to join the team. Benefits include a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday and flexibility around core hours.
As their new Financial Controller, you will be given full autonomy and take ownership of the function. As a member of the senior leadership team you will provide strategic support, reporting into the Managing Director and managing a team of 1.

- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage the month & year-end process
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Management accounts production & presentation
- Cash-flow management
- Manage and develop the finance team
