Pavilion Recruitment is supporting a leading insurance brokerage to recruit an HNW Account Handler to work in a 1-2-1 support role alongside an experienced Executive managing a high-value Private Clients portfolio. The Role

  • You will provide dedicated support to an Account Executive responsible for a circa £700,000 income book, assisting with client service delivery across a high-quality HNW portfolio.
  • The role involves close client interaction, technical support, and involvement in renewals and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-2-1 support to an Account Executive managing a £700,000 income book
  • Assist with approximately 30 monthly renewals across the team (circa 10 personally handled)
  • Support larger High Net Worth and Private Office (Family Office) clients
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and renewal documentation
  • Gather insurer terms and assist with placement discussions
  • Respond to client queries on behalf of the Executive
  • Attend client meetings and provide follow-up support
