Role:
- Act as senior FP&A professional for global business lines, providing strategic and commercial support
- Managing a small FP&A team
- Support senior management and divisional leadership with high-quality financial insight and advice
- Collaborate with international finance teams on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management information (MI)
- Develop and enhance global finance processes, ensuring accurate MI and statutory reporting
- Prepare monthly reporting packs with clear analysis, commentary, and business performance insights
- Coordinate and track inter-regional revenue sharing and ensure accuracy across global operations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership teams
- Produce timely management reports, KPIs, and investment performance tracking aligned with strategic goals
- Lead or contribute to global finance projects, including process improvements and new reporting frameworks
- Present executive-level finance materials, monthly, budget, and strategic packs to leadership
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills, experienced in multinational finance environments
- Experience of working in a Lloyd’s Insurance broker
