International Benefits Specialist Salary up to £45,000 Bristol/ hybrid This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected professional services firm and help clients build competitive, compliant, and engaging benefits programmes. You will play a key role in supporting and growing their employee benefits offerings and helping clients implement tailored benefits solutions. Advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of their employee benefits programmes Monitor and advise clients on regulatory requirements, including pension and insurance schemes Develop and share benchmark intelligence on market norms and emerging practices Manage third-party relationships with insurers, brokers, and payroll teams on behalf of clients Oversee the annual renewal cycle for benefits plans, including pricing reviews, claims analysis, and provider performance assessments Support clients with escalated employee queries, complex claims, and provider issues Support clients with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts Lead internal projects to enhance tools, processes, and service delivery You will have strong knowledge of employee benefits, insurance structures, and regulatory frameworks, with significant experience in insurance broking, consulting, or employee benefits environments. Proven ability to deliver on time-critical projects in a fast-paced environment
