Based in Witham 2-3 days a week

Salary – £50,000

Are you passionate about sport and underwriting? We are partnering with a leading MGA looking for a Commercial Combined Underwriter to join their team based in Witham, Essex.

A remote contract would be considered for exceptional candidates with extensive experience underwriting Commercial Combined Insurance.

The Role:

• Commercial Sport – Golf Masters (Golf Clubs, Rugby Clubs, amateur football Clubs)
• Cover: Public and Products Liability, D&O Liability, Terrorism, Material Damage, BI
• Underwrite new and existing business
• Handle risks manually across premiums ranging from £1,000 to £30,000 GWP
• Identify opportunities to offer solutions to existing client/ broker (in the UK) accounts by evaluating applicant situation and circumstances, and determining insurance risk

Experience:

• Commercial Combined Underwriting experience is essential
• Our client would also consider a broker with Delegated Authority, however Commercial Combined experience is essential
• A passion for golf/ sport would be advantageous
