An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Professional Indemnity Claims specialist to join a highly regarded market-leading team handling some of the UK’s largest and most complex construction claims portfolios. This role offers significant autonomy, exposure to major Tier 1 contractor accounts, and the opportunity to develop into a recognised specialist within the construction claims market. The successful candidate will work closely with senior claims professionals, managing a portfolio of high-value and technically complex Professional Indemnity claims across the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Construction PI claims from notification through to resolution
- Handle complex and high-value claims involving Tier 1 UK contractors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, solicitors, adjusters, and other key stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance and technical support on major losses and coverage issues
- Support clients through complex claims negotiations and resolution strategies
- Ensure claims are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory and market requirements
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the construction claims practice
