Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants, providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and ongoing support with career progression
- Oversee workload distribution and resource planning to ensure effective delivery across client portfolios
- Act as a senior point of contact for team queries and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Maintain accountability for a portfolio of corporate clients, primarily across group risk and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy and wider people solutions
- Support business development activity by contributing to new client opportunities and growth initiatives
- Ensure consistency and quality of client delivery through oversight, guidance, and technical input
