I’m partnering with my client, a leading Lloyd’s Broker, with a vacancy within their Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) team. This is a brilliant position for someone with a genuine interest in finance that wants to grow and continue their career within Insurance. The role predominantly focuses on working closely with insurance underwriters to carry out the reconciliation and management of client money.
Candidate requirements:
- A good understanding of the general and legal principles applicable to insurance in particular FSA client money rules
- A working knowledge of computer software
- Good numerical ability and an analytical mindset
- Ability to compile, analyse and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision making
- An understanding of cash collection/payment processes is desirable (such as general insurance accounting and client invoicing
