Job Description

I am partnered with an ambitious Lloyd’s Broker to appoint an Assistant Financial Controller as the business continues to grow exponentially. The role will focus on building financial infrastructure, consolidation, and group reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of consolidated financial information, partnering with divisional CFOs and overseas offices to ensure compliance across GAAP differences and group policies
  • Drive improvements to the consolidation model and reporting processes, addressing information gaps and implementing more efficient practices
  • Support financial integration and process alignment for acquired businesses
  • Oversee chart of accounts structure and change management to streamline reporting and controls
