We are working with a growing and well-established business to recruit a Part Time Payroll Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of payroll within a dynamic, multi-entity environment, supporting both operational and office-based teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on accuracy, and wants to play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations.
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process across the group. You’ll work closely with Finance and operational teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full payroll processing for weekly and monthly employees
- Process overtime, bonuses, shift allowances, and deductions accurately
- Handle starters, leavers, salary changes, and absence data
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, RTI submissions, and statutory requirements
- Administer pensions, including auto-enrolment and contributions
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and journals for finance
- Support month-end and year-end processes (accruals, holiday pay, reporting)
