Employee Benefits Consultant – Mid Market, London This role supports the service delivery of mid-market client accounts within the People Solutions practice. Responsibilities: Leading multiline mid-market clients as a technical and trusted advisor, ensuring client retention Understanding clients\’ benefit requirements and developing strategic benefit programmes Ensuring renewal timelines are met, conducting market reviews, and placing policies in advance of renewal Reviewing service disruptions/dissatisfaction and implementing appropriate actions with carriers to resolve Supporting the development of insurer relationships Ensuring compliance requirements and internal controls are fully met Providing peer review and technical oversight of associate consultants and benefit analysts Qualifications: Proven track record of effective stakeholder management Experience in UK mid-corporate benefit broking/consulting environment Exceptional client relationship skills and a commercial/value-add mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
