Warehouse Cleaner

As a Warehouse Cleaner, you will be working within a small team responsible for removing cardboard from deliveries across the 3 levels within the warehouse and compacting within a bailer. General cleaning around the warehouse including disposing of plastics into a general bailer, ensuring the whole warehouse environment meets our H&S standards to ensure a safe working environment for all our teams. Snap Shot of your duties as a Warehouse Operative/Cleaner:

• Maintain a proactive approach to Safety at all times, through floor walks, effective communication to your Team Manager on any potential hazards
• Safe use, after training on two different bailers and any MHE Good level of physical fitness with ability to use initiative to improve operational performance.
• Team player with good communication and timekeeping skills.
• Can do' attitude.
• Positive and friendly person.
• Be 18 or over.

The Pavers story began in York in 1971 when Catherine Paver took out a £200 bank loan (for a sofa she told them) to fund her new business. Looking for full-time work in a Warehouse environment for 8-12 weeks? Passionate about being a team player and like to keep a clean and tidy working environment? We are looking for a Warehouse Cleaner to join us on a full-time temporary contract for 8-12 weeks. You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week over a 5-day week(Monday - Friday) working shifts between the hours of 11am-7.30pm.
